SouthCorp Industries maintained several satellite offices in Texas, Florida, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. Founded in 2019. our firm is now operating under the new name SouthCorp Developments, LLC.
We are currently investing in multifamily real estate, with an emphasis on apartment complexes and duplex acquisitions. Based in Corpus Christi, Texas, our goal is to help you build a reliable and dependable monthly income for our clients through smart, honest investing. She drives SouthCorp Developments, LLC’s growth,by overseeing property management, leasing, construction, and asset maintenance to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and portfolio value. She collaborates jointly with the CEO/SouthCorp team to define growth strategies, acquisitions, and capital deployment plans. Thus, balancing daily operations with the company’s long-term vision. Patricia provides accountability, loyalty, respect, and passion in the vision we are creating. The SouthCorp team strives to be better than we were yesterday.

Jesse Hinojosa is the Project & Investor Coordinator at SouthCorp Developments, where he helps drive the execution of multifamily investment projects while delivering a high touch, transparent experience for investors. Blending operational discipline with strong communication skills, Jesse keeps projects moving, teams aligned, and stakeholders fully informed. At SouthCorp, he oversees investor onboarding, manages reporting cycles, tracks project milestones, and coordinates cross-department workflows to ensure every asset progresses on schedule and within scope. Whether preparing investor updates, supporting due diligence efforts, or organizing project documentation, Jesse brings clarity and structure to fast-moving environments.
